Always monitor how your marketing actions are doing, weekly, monthly and yearly. Keep track and find out what is working, what is not. You will have much better coordination and can quickly revise things that are not working—IF you monitor it accurately and know it is not working. Whether you do this on computer, using Google Analytics, or have a log book at reception for everyone who comes in to state which promotion they came from, you need to graph the weekly number of promotion going out, the internet statistics of visitors and clicks, and the amount of sales and income in and use some method to keep track. It will give you more control over your marketing strategy.
