Procedure:

  1. Fill out the attached form, stating what you need surveyed and your contact information.
  2. We contact you and get more in-depth information to TARGET THE CORRECT PUBLIC to survey on the Net.  This is vital, since we want to survey the exact public (people) to whom you are selling your services or product.  We define your target public.
  3. The survey is sent to all appropriate places on the net to reach that public (our job)
  4. The survey form is sent back directly to us from the public, all filled out.
  5. After doing a check to see they are the correct public, and that they did answer the questions, we proceed to tabulate the surveys.  We do this in blocks of 100 at a time.  We can do up to 1,000. The tabulation has all the answers listed, in categories with the percentages. It also includes a summary in simple to understand English or Spanish,  with recommendations at the end.  It also suggests exact copy, exact promotion, for your public, from the survey results.
  6. Survey package is e-mailed to you.  If you want a hard copy mailed, that can also be arranged. You then call us or e-mail and we go over the package, answering all your questions, if you have them.  This marketing consulting, on your survey package, is included in the cost of the survey.
